- Quotes came in as PDFs in every layout you can think of. Sales wanted them in one branded template, without retyping a single line.

- Drop in any PDF. The tool reads it, separates the prices from the technical text, lets you check everything, and hands back a quote in the house layout.

how it was made
Three steps: upload, review and edit, preview. The A4 layout is locked, so no field moves when another one is empty. It handles several pages, margins and currencies, and translates the terms. I built it in Lovable for a company I work with. The version shown here has their name and logo taken out, and the quote is made up.
